Summary
ACE Health Care Services, a home healthcare agency dedicated to serving patients and families in the Chicagoland area since 2010. To initiate this collaboration, I worked closely with the Coordination Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operations and the specific services they offer.
I designed a modern, user-friendly website for ACE Health Care Services that provides potential clients and their families with a clear and accessible way to explore the agency’s home healthcare services. The website extends the new brand identity into a cohesive digital experience, improving the agency’s online presence while reinforcing its commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care within the community.
Working with small businesses presents unique creative challenges, from understanding their audiences to building a brand that can grow alongside them. For me, the most rewarding part of this project was helping a local organization strengthen its presence and better connect with the people who rely on its services. Seeing a small business grow and succeed is especially meaningful when its work directly supports the well-being of its community.
